Individual Therapy

Bangor, Maine Individual therapy with me gives you the chance to do meaningful work in a safe, caring, and compassionate environment. A one on one therapeutic relationship is a powerful beginning to your path of recovery. In-Person and Telehealth Available.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy with me will vary based on the needs of you and your partner. My role is to remain impartial, hear both sides, and help you two arrive at a new sense of normal.

Group Therapy

I am not currently running any groups. If you have a topic in mind, I am always open to hearing what groups you would like to see run.
