I am glad you are taking the time to focus on yourself and the things you need in life. This is the first short clip and a brief introduction of many, the goal for these videos is to provide interesting information in bite-sized chunks. We have many videos and topics planned.
With that said, I wanted to take a second to ask if you had any topics you wanted us to cover. Like I say in the video if you have these questions so do many other people. While I have many topics in store, we would rather cover topics that people like yourself are interested in learning more about. So, if you have suggestions drop a comment on the video!
